Morgan Philips are delighted to be supporting a leading Global business to hire an Executive Reward Manager on a permanent basis and offering hybrid working.

This person will also get involved in some exciting projects across a broader remit within Reward.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the annual calendar of executive compensation activities, including RemCo meetings, annual report and AGM, to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Developing concise and impactful RemCo materials including relevant analysis and stakeholder input.
  • Contributing to design and management of incentive plans that support business strategy.
  • Building and maintaining a network of key stakeholders including Reward, broader HR, Finance, Corporate Governance, Insight, and business unit management.
  • Bringing external insights into the Reward COE, both concerning executive remuneration as well as broader reward, using benchmarking and analytics.
  • Supporting the delivery of strategic reward projects beyond the scope of executive compensation.


We are looking for someone with c3 years experience in Executive Reward who has contributed to or at least has a very in depth understanding of RemCo papers.

You will have strong analytical skills and be a wizz on Excel.
