An overview of the role:

Motivated, collaborative and determined, our managing consultants work in partnership with Life Sciences clients to creatively solve some of their most pressing challenges.

Bringing innovation and a hands-on collaborative approach to transforming experiences and outcomes across the value chain within R&D and clinical ops through to manufacturing and commercial.

The work:

No matter the project or customer, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses and lives. It's really rewarding. And it's also really varied.

You'll potentially work on a huge variety of projects (some larger than others), so you could gain lots of experience in a short amount of time.

Why this role?:

You will be able to use your consulting and sector expertise to help clients within the Pharma Subsector.
You'll be an important part of a high growth sector within a fastgrowing business, aiming to treble our revenues in the sector over the next 2 years.

As a Manager in the business you'll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.

We'd love to meet with someone with:

A broad understanding and knowledge of pharmaceutical organisations and clinical operations, with expertise and knowledge of commonly employed clinical systems such as SAS, Saama and Medidata.

Specific experience and knowledge in the following areas is highly desirable:

Organisational Change Management experience, covering strategy, training, communications and system adoption support, within Pharma/CRO/Clinical systems provider
Good understanding of clinical operations and endtoend data flow.
Good understanding and experience of clinical development activities ensuring high quality and ontime delivery of all clinical needs through to submission.
