The Role
If you have considerable experience with Adobe Creative Suite, social media, websites, campaigns, and lead generation - then this role is for you

Develop content that engages including campaigns, case studies, enewsletters, blogs, /social media posts, and printed marketing materials
Creating targeted (& retargeting social) campaigns
Creating reports and analytics from market research and campaign performance
As a team, arrange our marketing schedule ensuring we deliver each message clearly, on time and with perfect impact
Manage and nurture existing sponsorship partnerships, local businesses & charities to ensure continued engagement within the online/social community
An aptitude for telling stories through digital campaigns
Ensuring that our marketing objectives are met, executed, and delivered in a timely manner

Experience

Digital marketing and lead generation experience
Experience in analytical tools such as Google Analytics
Knowledge of Paid Social Advertising (Facebook / Instagram)
Market research on industries, competitors, market
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient with Social Media Management Software (Hootsuite)
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Competent on CRM systems
Experience with managing website content

Skill set

Ability to manage a diverse workload with excellent organisation skills and time management
Possesses a strong and proven copywriting ability to create content for campaigns including our SEO (website) and Social Media post content
Good communication skills written and verbal
Motivated, passionate, proactive, forwardthinking, organised, and a creative innovator
Good proofreading skills and excellent copywriting skills
Combination of strong ideas, excellent writing skills, knowledge of how to drive online engagement, attention to detail
Excellent editorial and written communication skills (both digital and nondigital)
Ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging copy which is purposed for specific channels
5+ years' experience within marketing
Previous experience working in the property industry (desirable not essential)

Hours & Location
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch

Office based - Redbourn

Remuneration
£30,000 -35,000 per annum based on a 37.5-hour week
