Description

Regular Wednesday, Thursday & Friday evening shift, part time kitchen porter position. Up to 12 hours per week depending on requirements. Up to £15 per hour including tips.

Wage depending on age and experience.

Duties include;

To be responsible for the day to day cleanliness of the kitchen/utensils.
To ensure that all health and safety legislation is adhered to
To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
To carry out food preparation as directed by the Head Chef.
To maintain a high standard cleanliness on ovens, work tops, grills and cookers.
To keep fridges and freezers clean, placing deliveries away as directed by the chefs.
To ensure stores and fridges are kept clean and tidy, and stock is used in the correct rotation.
To prepare utensils/pans etc as required by the chefs.
To adhere to the cleaning rota/task cards

You will have good team skills, will assist other team members when necessary. You will have a flexible approach to work.

This is a part-time role, and will include Wednesday evenings, Thursday evenings and Friday evenings between 6pm and 11pm, Pay is up to £15 per hour including service charge and tips, age and experience dependent.
