Sales Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business for QA/testing services
- Sell testing services deals to blue chip organizations
- Aggressively managing, mentoring and driving sales teams for successfully achieving team and individual targets.
- Establishment and management of sales forecasting and reporting
- Lead CIO/IT director/ QA director level business meetings in blue chip organizations
- Sell Testing Services involving service delivery from offshore locations outside America as well as onsite
- Develop and manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation to closing clients and further farming the account
- Act as the primary interface between the company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements
- Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events
- Able to handle daily activities which include client handling, escalations, deliveries and team management
- Continuous improvement of customer relationship management
Desired Skills & Experience
- Excellent understanding of IT services business in USA with existing client relationships
- High level understanding of end to end QA/Testing
- Prior experience of working in offshore outsourcing preferred
- Knowledge of latest trends in the software testing including automation tools, accelerators, market intelligence
- Experience of selling Application Development and Maintenance in the past would be an added advantage
- Prior sales leadership experience a plus
