Salary:
£35,000+ depending on skills and experience


What you'll be doing:


  • Ensuring a cross functional approach to systematic identification of learning objectives for Business Integrity Training interventions
  • Driving best practice of training methods and delivery to ensure a systematic and cohesive approach to delivery of Business Integrity Training,
  • Ensuring the appropriate development of tools to support Business Integrity Training
  • Bring a high level of learning and instructional design expertise to Business Integrity Training
  • Consult with internal stakeholders to determine best form of training and most appropriate themes

Your skills and experiences:
  • Experience of implementing Training programmes to meet regulatory requirements
  • A working knowledge of industry standard eLearning development/authoring software tools (such as GoMo/Captivate/Articulate) and knowledge of mobile learning principles
  • Demonstrable experience of using established eLearning methodologies, current research, theory and practice of instructional design and web based eLearning standards and specifications (SCORM, XAPI, HTML)
  • Strong writing, storyboarding and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working with and understanding the needs of other functions to design engaging and informative learning that meets a broad set of needs

The Digital Learning team:This role will support the overall Business Integrity Training - Awareness, Communications & Training (ACT) offering, including storyboarding e-learning and communication along with the annual Scenarios for team discussions. Working for the Digital Strategy and Governance Manager who heads up the Business Integrity Team to design fresh, creative, innovative and accessible learning solutions for the Company's Ethical and Compliance training. Working closely with senior stakeholders (including the businesses, comms, HR and the SME's of the functions at Head Office) this role will provide you will an opportunity to take ownership and drive forward creative content to over 80,000 users globally.
