Crystal Tax is a boutique tax practice offering personal & corporate tax services & tax planning & wealth management products to employees, sole traders, personal service company directors & small to medium enterprise operating within the construction, logistics & security sectors.

Crystal Tax is also part of a multi-million pound turnover group of successful trading companies & aN ACCA (or equivalent) qualified Tax Director is required to:

Lead the Tax Department, which includes:
Leading personal tax compliance & operations / submissions
Leading corporate tax compliance & operations / submissions
Setting & working towards agreed targets.
Assist the Directors & Director Designates to make bank payments.
Assist with the tax compliance for other companies in the group

- by liaising with the group's accountants

Assist the company or other companies in the group with regulated body registration
E.g. with the Financial Conduct Authority.
Assist with the Client Identity Verification processes.
Assist with ad hoc reporting at the request of the Directors & Director Designates.

- & other ad-hoc tasks to be agreed as time goes by such as product development.

This is a client facing & liaison role, so an excellent telephone manner is a must, as is excellent written & spoken English; you should of course be presentable, numerate, organised, & be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Business operations experience (i.e. using database software) would be useful, as would knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme, the agency sector &umbrella companies.

The job is varied, stimulating, & financially rewarding.

In addition to a basic of £50K+ you will be paid commissions based on productivity & your OTE year one should be £70K year one.
