We're looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Kier Places Housing Maintenance Team based in Hertfordshire. Within this role working among a great team, ensuring all aspects of Contract Administration are completed including management of the Helpdesk team and systemLocation:

Responsibilities
As a Contract Administrator, you'll be working within the Kier Places Housing Maintenance Team supporting them in various areas.
Your day to day will include:
- Implement, operate and develop clear systems and procedures governing financial administration, including purchase orders & invoice processing on the contracts
- Pursue payment of sales invoices & review monthly account reports
- Monitor utility meter readings and invoices. Reviewing actual utility consumption in comparison to invoices
- Effective review and management of tasks in progress, providing operational Management Team relevant information on unresolved problem jobs to enable them to identify the relevant actions to bring these to completion
- Ensure all client recharges are raised into the system correctly
- Lifecycle, variations, small works, damage and any ad hoc recharges. Input information into the contract variable sheet.

This role of Contract Administrator is great for you if:
- Holder of Full Drivers' Licence
- Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Desirable experience of working in a maintenance environment
- Ability to work on own initiative to a high level of accuracy and to meet deadline.
- Be familiar with excel spreadsheets and have the ability to understand formulars
