We are looking to hire a Head of Presales this role will see you work with the Sales Team from lead stage to delivery to ensure a successful sales process is followed.

This role brings management responsibility, and you will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on how we expand our growth.

To succeed in this role, you will possess understanding of financial services technology.


What You will be doing

  • Lead the presales team across loan management platforms and Riskfactor.
  • Work closely with the Partnership and Product teams to ensure all sales material is up to date and relevant.
  • Delegate workload across presales team for demo's, RFI's, RFP's and other presales activity.
  • Represent Lenvi at conferences and events and take part in speaking events where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Define a solution that matches client requirements and objectives.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and provide technical support in presales situations.
  • Work with the sales team to produce Proposal/RFI/RFP's and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage with product development teams to help translate customer needs into product features.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Maintain demonstration systems and sales materials.
  • Management experience
  • Customer facing skills across all stakeholders
  • You should have a sound understanding of the lending market
  • Knowledge of loan management solutions across the loan lifecycle
  • Knowledge of lending processes across the loan lifecycle
Skills and attributes that are not mandatory but would be advantageous

  • Management Experience
  • Solution architect knowledge and experience
  • Experience of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience of project management methodologies and delivery lifecycles
  • An understanding of the FCA rules and regulations relating to loans
  • Knowledge and experience of the procurement lifecycle and tools used by client purchasing teams
