Our client has a rare opportunity for a proactive and methodical HR System Lead to join their forward-thinking organisation


As the 'go-to' sounding voice on all matters HR systems related, day-to-day you will utilise your high-level technical expertise and practical knowledge to project manage the complete implementation and delivery of MHR iTrent HR software throughout the organisation.


This unique and engaging role is certainly catered to a solutions focused and dynamic individual who is confident in their capabilities to lead and maintain the HR software, whilst managing their own workload.


Not only will you be responsible for managing MHR iTrent, but as HR System Lead you will be responsible for a wide range of system related activities including: identifying ways to improve efficiency, delivering practical training and providing reports and recommendations to the senior leadership team.

Key responsibilities:


  • Implementing and delivering the HR system across the organisation
  • Ensure data is accurately maintained
  • Analyse data to deliver highquality HR system reports and audits to management
  • Test new system modules and upgrades, highlighting areas for improvement
  • Identify and overcome any HR system related challenges
  • Be the main point of contact and communicator regarding all HR system activities
  • Lead meetings with the Senior Leadership team
  • Provide accurately training on MHR iTrent when required
  • Respond in a timely manner to any queries

Key skills:


  • Excellent technical knowledge and practical understanding of MHR iTrent
  • Highly organised and selfmotived to project manage own workload
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels internally and externally
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to analyse data and produce accurate reports
  • Keen interest in HR systems
