Summary and Scope


The Architecture Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and providing operational support for architecture governance processes and tools, delivering accurate and timely operational reports and dashboards to the Chief Enterprise Architect and supporting the planning and organisation of team activities.

The role is also responsible for the coordination of core architecture governance processes and associated communications.


Responsibilities:


Liaising with Architecture teams, coordinating and maintain operational processes and controls, ensuring that project information provided is accurate, up to date and is suitable to be communicated.

Support the Chief Enterprise Architect on global financial tracking and reporting activities, including creating dashboards and analytical reviews.

Coordinate and organize the scheduling and management of technology education and training activities such as tech talks, hackathons and blogs.

Coordinate and organize the scheduling and management of architecture governance activities such as Architecture Council and Forum.

Work with the Lead Architects, coordinating regular reviews of the team's SOX and other internal regulatory controls to ensure adherence and drive improvement.

Support the Chief Enterprise Architect on the creation of team communications leveraging the available internal channels.


Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bachelor's Degree
Excellent organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages - Excel, Word, Outlook
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel functionality
Data entry skills
Attention to detail
Strong appreciation of confidentiality
Good decision-making skills
Able to work independently
Willingness to learn
Strong analytical skills
