Blayze Group are excited to be working with one of the top, leading Residential Developers in Manchester who are recruiting for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join their new and expanding team.

You will get the opportunity to work with an excellent team, be provided with industry leading training programs and work closely with the Sales Manager who has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving local sales activity through agent management and site promotions
To engage with all project departments ensuring a 'one team' attitude
To effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities
To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
To effectively manage customers and deliver excellent customer service
To maintain the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure standards are maintained.
