• Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction and maintenance work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problemsolving skills to identify issues and find appropriate solutions
• Detailoriented with a focus on quality workmanship
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients or supervisors
