This beautiful luxury British brand in retail are searching for an on the ball Assistant Store Manager.

You will be based near Picadilly in a beautiful location. Excellent package and perks

The role will consist of driving sales, motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associate and assisting your Store Manager with retail processes whilst looking for ways to improve them.

Excellent customer service is required and a need to suceed with an eye for detail. The role is very fast paced, but the rewards are excellent.

If you would like a career move with plenty of responsibility and progression and would like to step up to being an Assistant Store Manager, then is company is growing and needs you.

You will need to ensure that you can improve your store results, the store looks great at all times and providing cover in the Store Manager's absence.

Do you have experience in opening and closing a store, helping to lead and motivate a team and leading from the front to maximise sales and boost productivity?

You must have excellent written and verbal communication in English (another language is a plus but not necessary), proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS system and flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary.

Our client requires 1-3 years experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager, strong selling skills and excellent customer relationship experience.
