Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well established business based in Bromsgrove. Our client is looking to recruit a Construction / Estimating Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Logging subcontractor pricing information
- Maintaining the estimating tracker
- Preparation for meetings
- Managing meeting outcomes
- Communicating with customers, suppliers, project managers and site staff
- Assisting with drawing takeoffs
- Composing letters and spreadsheets
- Producing reports
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar role essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage your time effectively
- Proficient IT skills
