Salary and Benefits:
£28-40,000 (dependant on experience) + 23 days' holiday + bank holidays + company pension + PPE equipment + free on-site parking + company events etc. This is a permanent role based in the workshop in Warmley, East Bristol (BS30) and we are happy to consider applicants on a full-time or part-time basis.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm.

The Company:

CPS Grounds Ltd is a well-established and expanding Grounds Maintenance company, who also fulfil a range of landscaping and outdoor projects.

They work primarily within the education and sports field sector and maintain over 200 schools and sports grounds throughout the Bristol, Somerset, Bath, and South Gloucestershire areas.

Mechanic, Role requirements:

Excellent practical skills with the ability to service and repair a wide variety of grounds maintenance (agricultural and horticultural machinery including tractors, strimmers, hedgecutters, mowers, chain saws, hand tools etc.)
Highly organised, with the ability to plan and schedule machine maintenance work.
Selfmotivated, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
Preferable (but not essential) fabrication and welding skills and experience.
