    Project Coordinator Role in IT Solutions

    This is a fantastic opportunity to support a thriving Project Management team. You'll work with one of the fastest-growing IT Solutions Providers in the UK, collaborating with skilled individuals and learning from the best.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with project setup, including creating project folders and time management recordings.
    • Communicate with clients to schedule resources and engineers for project managers and clients.
    • Maintain documentation standards and ensure compliance.
    • Arrange meetings for Project Managers and perform ad-hoc project administration tasks.
    • Liaise with suppliers on delivery for procurement orders and manage procurement orders.
    • Collate and issue contract documentation for new services and service renewals.
    • Process customer contract documentation to completion and liaise with customers for contractual paperwork.
    • Raise new customer contracting forms and support project managers in standardizing and improving project documentation.

    About the Role:

    You will assist the Project Manager on Infrastructure projects, liaising with other project managers and coordinators. This role offers phenomenal personal development opportunities within a dynamic, fast-paced business with significant personal progression possibilities.

    Requirements:

    • 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator
    • Prince 2 certification or working towards it
    • Commutable to offices in Surrey, London, or client sites
