Description
We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator to join the team in our Wigan depot. The purpose of the role is to provide Data support to the Project and Collaboration managers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business with a strong pipeline of work secured.


Working Hours - 6:30am - 14:30pm

However we can provide some degree of flexibility to meet the needs of the business.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Data Entry.
  • Data analysis.
  • Updating and uploading spreadsheets.
  • Producing engineers job packs.
  • General administration duties.
  • Work alongside the collaboration area manager and the team of engineers by transferring information provided by the engineers on to Excel spreadsheets and upload the data to the project management database.
  • Undertaking general administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, filing, ensuring that our database is populated with the most up to date information.

Skills and Experience:


  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with the site engineers both face to face and via telephone.
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft word.
  • Great organisation and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team, as well as performing to a high standard as an individual.
