Description
PSTG Fire Protection is a Passive Fire Protection company formed in 2016. We work on a range of projects across many sectors. This role has great opportunity for progression in a fast-growing company. You will learn all aspects of the business from an experienced team. You will receive full training to assist with career progression.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Data entry into company systems
  • Answering the phone
  • Processing timesheets
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Issuing customer invoices
  • Booking meetings
  • Booking travel
  • General administration duties
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to recognise and handle confidential information with a high degree of confidence and sensitivity.
  • The ability to interpret and carry out oral and written instructions.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
