Sunday - Wednesday each week approx 25-30 hours

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the chef
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen team

Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar t is preferred but not required.

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
