Who we are looking for:


We are going through a period of transformation and as a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance function of the company, enabling the company to achieve their business objectives.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Support the Finance Assistant/Payroll Officer in reviewing and processing employee expenses and Allpay cards.
  • Work closely with the Finance Business Partner, Finance Assistants and Payroll Officer to offer support with the team's monthly workload and meet deadlines.
  • Build strong relationships with nonfinance colleagues, especially those within the Service areas and teams.
  • Act as cover for payment runs and sales invoicing in terms of holiday/absence.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Entering data, maintain records and create reports as required.
  • Fulfil any other duties as requested by the Head of Finance.

Essential Skills and Attributes:


  • Previous experience working in a finance team.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Problemsolving attitude.
  • Highly organized.
  • Selfdriven and motivated.
  • Team player.
  • Good Excel literacy.

Desired Skills and Attributes:


  • Experience of Navision accounts, full training will be given
