We are seeking a junior/graduate software support person to join the team.

We support over 1,000 customers globally, most based in North America, across several finance and accounting platforms (including Oracle NetSuite).

Typical activities will include:

• Install and configure software and systems
• Troubleshoot errors
• Hand hold customers who have specific questions or who have reported errors
• Escalate difficult to resolve issues within the support team and to developers
• Help customers build reports and spreadsheets
• Record customer interactions in a CRM system

We are a small team so there are opportunities to grow into other areas of the business including new business sales, customer account management, development, and QA.

You will receive on the job training, and support, but must be self-motivated and prepared to work through issues directly with customers and often by yourself.

Due to the global nature of our customer base, you will occasionally be required to work outside of normal office hours to support customers based on their location and their time zone.

Prior work experience, in a team role, technical role or customer-facing role, is a must. Experience and skills in software is preferred, either at school, college, or university, but is not required.


Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
