Description

We are currently recruiting for a talented Manager to join a global business as a part of the tax reporting and accounting team based in Glasgow.

Role and responsibilities:

Provide advice to resolve complex tax issues and queries.
Ensure systems and controls are in place and managed efficiently
Implement group wide projects, policies and initiatives on behalf of the group
Managing risk and controls in line with group policy
Manage the development and delivery of changes to operational and systems infrastructure

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:

Significant experience gained within financial services or working in an accountancy practice with clients from the Financial services sectors
Professional accounting and/or tax qualification e.g., ACCA or CTA
Experience of managing a team and its individual members, including delivering effective appraisals, performance management, etc.
