Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a technical mentor and advisor for development teams in matters of software design, with an emphasis on.
NET related technologies, both internally and at existing customer accounts

  • Take ownership of technical aspects of customer relationships
  • Produce proof of concept and reference implementations for technical requirements
  • Keep the company abreast of significant developments in the areas of Software Development and Deployment, and assist the organisation in keeping at the forefront of established technologies.
  • Assist in technical performance review and mentoring of staff.
  • Provide occasional support in presales activities (not responsible for leading presales activities, only supporting under guidance)
  • Preparation of business case documentation, functional specifications, process mapping, report writing and presentational material as required.
  • When required, assist in the writing of proposals for new business and in the development of new service offerings.
  • Evaluating and making recommendations for new technologies and platforms in response to business needs.

Required:

  • Experience working in a similar environment
  • Experience with AWS or Azure
  • Strong knowledge of design and integration principles for relational databases
  • Understanding of systems and technical solutions and data management
  • Be a strong communicator who can work in demanding environments
