We supply large quantities of hedging to landscapers, garden designers, builders, hotels, pub chains also a significant proportion of retail customers across the UK and parts of Europe.

The role:
Our business is preparing for an ambitious phase of growth. As a result, we are looking for a new passionate
HR / People Co-Ordinator to join our People Team. We have a clear strategy to be the best employer in the area and the forerunner in our industry.
Key responsibilities as HR / People Co-Ordinator:
Duties will include but are not exhaustive to:
- Being the point of contact for all current and future employees. This will be by assisting with recruitment, ensuring inductions are mapped out and conducted fully.
- Being responsible for ensuring the completion of regular employee reviews, assist in supporting all in career development
- Assisting in improving employee performance by supporting Line Managers and HR in performance related issues that may arise
- Being one of the first point of contact to support all our employees, no matter how big or small the query
- Assisting with administrative support and coordination of all aspects of the People Function (Talent, Engagement and Compliance)
- Projects is also an exciting element to this role, you assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives to achieve our strategic goals
Skills and experience required for our HR / People Co-Ordinator:
- Previous experience in a People / HR team would be advantageous or a similar administrative role
- Part CIPD qualified or working towards qualification would be beneficial but not essential
- Good IT skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programmes is essential
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a highpaced, changing work environment
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prepared to get stuck in and help in any task
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proven skills to follow a task through to completion
- Able to adapt to any situation
- Excellent time management skills
- Be able to work between our locations at Ackhurst and Euxton.
