Description

This role will suit an experienced site manager / project manager, clerk of works or building surveyor who is looking to go part time in a well paid, stress free, flexible role.

As a new build snagging inspector you will be inspecting new build homes across the South and Lincolnshire region and producing detailed snagging reports for our clients.

Typical working days are 3 hours inspecting and half hour writing your snagging report.

You will receive at least 2 inspections per week with the opportunity to add more depending on your availability.

15+ years of experience in residential construction

Building Surveying degree (Desired)
MCIOB or RICS accreditation (Desired)

NHBC Technical Standard training

Computer and mobile device literate

Driving licence with own car or van

Surveying tools and equipment (We provide thermal camera)

Perfect English

Experience creating snagging lists

We're looking for professionals who are flexible in their working week and willing to work weekends. A typical inspection will take around 3 hours to complete and we pay between £150 - £280 per inspection.

In the lighter months you can easily complete two inspections per day.

This role is for the south Yorkshire and Lincolnshire Region.
