Carpenter or Plumber - Birmingham

Multi Skilled day to day responsive repairs

Resourcing Group is supporting a large national maintenance contractor who work mostly with public sector landlords including Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Care Providers.

The would like to appoint 2 additional Multi Trade Operatives, either from a Plumbing or from a Carpentry background. This will be to join their responsive repairs team in Birmingham as soon as possible.


This roles are available due to continued growth and additional contract wins and are being offered on a secure temporary to permanent basis, directly employed by the end contractor.


  • The location is covering Birmingham up to Coventry and areas in between

The role:


  • Responsive day to day repairs, working in occupied social housing properties
  • Some occupied disrepair works
  • Complete and submit reports, time sheets and certifications in line with company policies

Essential qualifications:


  • NVQ or C&G in Carpentry/Joinery
  • Asbestos awareness we will provide this training if yours has expired or you do not currently hold this qualification
  • Full UK Driver's License
