Part Time Veterinary Receptionist

Vets Now is a leading provider of emergency pet care in the UK, serving over 1700 veterinary practices across the country.

Role Responsibilities:

First Point of Contact:
- Act as the initial point of contact for clients during emergencies, greeting them, answering calls, booking appointments, and handling financial transactions.
Administration:
- Manage administrative tasks in the clinic accurately to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide updates to veterinary staff about patients or clients requiring assistance.
Client Support:
- Offer support and information to clients when they need it most, being a friendly and reassuring presence.
- Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.

Working Pattern:

The working pattern includes various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with a fair share of time off throughout the year.
