Description

As the first point of contact for patients, service users, carers, relatives and members of the public who contact the Complaints/PALS team, youwill provide a professional, caring, compassionate and supportive service and ensure that people feel listened to and their concerns takenseriously.

You will work closely with senior managers and staff across the Trust and in other organisations in order to answer people's queriesand ensure that concerns and complaints are resolved promptly.

You will assist with the investigation of certain mental health (community and inpatient services) complaints.


You will also work closely and collaboratively with services in the Children, Young Person and Family Services, All Age Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Services, to carry out any other duties assigned by the Deputy Service Director - Children, Young Person and Family Services, All Age Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Services, Mental Health Community Services Manager(Adult and Older Adult) and Acute Mental Health Inpatient Service Manager.


Experience of working in a similar role is desirable for this role, as is a strong commitment to providing high quality, compassionate care andexcellent team-working along with excellent communication and organisational skills.


Working in a supportive team, you will receive regular supervision, guidance and training to develop your skills within this post.
