NEW ROLE | Plot Sales Assistant | Central Manchester | HYBRID | 56830**Are you looking for a new role in Plot Sales?


My client is a Multi Service Law Firm based in the Centre of Manchester and due to continued success and growth in the property department are now looking for a Plot Sales Assistant to join their successful team (hybrid working available).


  • Opening/ closing files and assisting with document production
  • Preparing and submitting contract documentation to purchasers' solicitors
In order to be considered for this role you must have Legal experience gained in a property department for a minimum of one year

You must be organised, punctual and competent at completing legal documentation.

The salary for this role is between £20,000 and £25,000 depending on experience.
