Key Responsibilities:

Till Work: You'll play a key role in helping customers at the till, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions as they check out their purchases.

Product Management: Beyond the till, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from checking off deliveries to ensuring the shelves are fully stocked with well-presented products.

Deli Area: Your role is not confined to just the till; you'll also have the opportunity to work in the deli area. Here, you'll serve customers over the counter, preparing and presenting delicious drinks and deli items.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is at the core of this role. Attend to customer needs promptly and with a friendly demeanor, whether you're at the till or in the deli area.

Fast-Paced Environment: The shop operates in a fast-paced environment, where everyone understands their role in making the store a success and takes action accordingly.

Training Provided:

Food Safety Training: You'll receive training to ensure the highest food safety standards, ensuring the well-being of our customers and team.

Barista Training: For those interested in expanding their skills, barista training is available to enhance your abilities and contribute to our coffee service.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fastpaced work environment.
- Previous experience in retail and/or food outlets preferred but not essential
Additional Information:
- Both parttime and fulltime positions are available, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
- Hourly rate: £12.00 per hour pending on experience
