Milk Education are recruiting for Behaviour Support Assistants to work in primary schools across the Darlington area for after May half term.

This will involve working in groups and 1-1 activities to ensure the children are well supported
- with a big focus on social, emotional and mental health well-being.

Part-Time and Full-time opportunities available operating within the hours of 8:00AM-4:00PM


The ideal BSA for this role would be a person who has:

  • Experience of working with children with Social Emotional and Mental Health or a willingness to train
  • Emotional Resilience
  • Good at deescalating situations in a calm manner
  • Approachable, empathetic and adaptable practitioner
