Martyn Gerrard is a North-London based estate agency, which covers all aspects of the property industry from Sales and Lettings to Commercial and New Homes.
As we move forward with our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Data Analyst Apprenticewho is keen to kickstart a rewarding career in data analytics.
What you'll be doing
The Data Analysist Apprentice is a newly established role that will support the Company across all departments to review and improve performance as well as help shape the growth strategy.
Reporting directly to the Senior Data Analyst, you will use your natural problem-solving abilities and keen passion for data to gather, inspect, clean, transform and model data to discover useful information, inform conclusions and support decision-making.
This includes:
- Identifying, collecting and migrating data to & from a range of internal and external systems
- Manipulating and linking different data sets as required
- Performing database queries across multiple tables to extract data for analysis
- Assist production of performance dashboards and reports
- Assist with data quality checking and cleansing
- Assist with the production of a range of adhoc and standard data analysis reports
- Summarise and present the results of data analysis to a range of stakeholders making recommendations

Your skills & experience
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, with an interest in learning new tools and platforms
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond effectively in a variety of situations
- A passion for data analysis
- Demonstrated logical and creative thinking skills
- Natural problemsolving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage workload and handle competing priorities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Some data entry experience
This is a full-time role based out of our in our head office in Finchley Central, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
