Description
We are looking for a skilled Machinist to operate a variety of machinery to perform tasks of various nature. You will use your hands and machines to assemble parts, perform quality checks, and assemble finished products. A successful machinist must have great manual dexterity and an eye for detail. The goal is to produce accurate and efficient results with mínimal guidance.


Requirements:


  • Experience operating precision measuring machines (CNC Lathes, Vertical Axis Air Compressors, etc.)
  • Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and drawings
  • Good math competency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques as well as work in a team environment

Hours (Rotation):


  • AM
  • Mon to Thurs inclusive shifts x 10 hours with 30 minute unpaid lunchbreak) (weekend paid at overtime rate of 1.5)


  • PM

  • Mon to Thurs inclusive shifts x 10 hours with 30 minute unpaid lunchbreak) (weekend paid at overtime rate of 1.5)

Salary:
£13.21 per hour
