This role consists of engaging with children and helping them overcome previous trauma, promoting independence, and supporting them daily.
You should have an enthusiastic personality and be willing to support and encourage the service users in all day-to-day activities, enabling them to achieve their goals and ambitions by providing support and guidance to the young people in a nurturing and homely environment.

Requirements:
- Experience on a professional basis dealing with children who have challenging
- Full UK Drivers licence is required.
- Must be over 21 years old
Responsibilities & Duties
- Supporting the young children develop vital skills
- Understanding the importance of a consistent and empathetic approach
- Prioritising the needs of the child and establishing a positive relationship with them
- The role involves providing security, guidance, interaction and support to children with complex and challenging need
