Sales Support Assistant

Watford, Hertfordshire

£28,000 + Pension

If you're a highly efficient and motivated Sales Support Assistant then this is the perfect role for you You will be joining a very respected local Company who are currently expanding.

Some of your duties will include:

Processing customer orders received from instigation point through to successful delivery
Inputting orders received on computer system and preparing delivery notes to accompanying orders
Liaising with Warehouse Manager to arrange transportation delivery of orders
Investigating and resolving any customer queries that occur on orders and invoices
Registering new products with Wholesales and distributers ensuring information provided is correct
Maintaining back order file and fulfilling orders once stock is available for despatch
