As a Customer Service Executive, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to customer success.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our valued customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns.
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate customer records.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Problemsolving skills and a patient, empathetic approach

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,729.25 per year
