Working under the direction of the Management Accountant, the Purchase Ledger Clerk must perform admin and accounts support activities for the company.
You will be responsible for the processing of all supplier invoices and preparation of the monthly pay run.Main Duties and Responsibilities;
- Ensure timely processing of accounting transactions using Quickbooks online.
- Following the authorisation process for all incoming invoices
- Correctly coding invoices to the ledger
- Develop good working relationships with suppliers including responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Highly accurate and excellent attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality of organisational information
- Assisting the Management Accountant with adhoc finance duties
