Role & Responsibilities
Your analytical, inter-personal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills will be called upon from day one.
You will help create change in the world of Life Sciences, every project will be different but a sample of the accomplishments you can expect are:
- Conducting primary and secondary research and performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify key client issues, translating the data into meaningful insights and communicating recommendations to key decision makers
- Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives to client questions
- Working in a team of likeminded professionals to create reports, presentations, workshops with client employees, management teams and other stakeholders, under the guidance our "the best on the business" team leaders
- Developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
- Working independently and as part of a team, with responsibility for supervising junior team members
- Assisting development and writing of proposals with senior support
- Attending, supporting and presenting at client meetings
- Contributing to learning, development and recruiting
Desirable consulting skills
- Proven analytical, interpretative and problemsolving skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and an ability to build credibility with external and internal contacts
- Good commercial awareness/business judgement and an interest in the healthcare industry
- Good project management, time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver highquality work within timeline
- A keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
- A strong motivation to thrive in a clientfocused, international team environment
Technical skills & other requirements
- Knowledge of healthcare patientlevel data
- Knowledge of epidemiology / biostatistics, particularly analytical issues relating to studies of treatment effectiveness, disease progression, adherence, healthcare utilization, etc
- Knowledge of healthcare / life science issues involving Real-World Evidence
- Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral); additional languages an advantage
- Knowledge of software engineering and agile principles
- Professional experience in data analytics within a business context.
- Experience translating and communicating quantitative insights for a business audience
