An opportunity has arisen to join our lettings team as a
full-time lettings negotiator.

This role will include the following-:

In Office - general admin, invoicing, using Microsoft word and Microsoft excel, using office IT equipment, answering telephone calls amongst other things.


Out of Office - driving to and from appointments, attending viewings, attending check ins, attending inspections, carrying out inventories, amongst other things.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm

Wednesday and Thursday (until 7pm on rotation)

Saturday Rotation currently 1:3 rotation usually 1: am - 1.00pm

We are based in the
East End of Glasgow and due to the nature of this job it is advisable that the applicant can easily attend the office or work duties within a reasonable timeframe.

Salary:
£16,177.00-£23,000.00 per year
