Technical Administrator (Medical Device) Rhyl


We are currently looking for a Technical Administrator to join a well-established Medical Device organisation, a UK provider of specialist equipment.

A brilliant opportunity to join a company who have a reputation for supplying quality products and providing high levels of customer service.


Role responsibilities:


This Technical Administrator Role will form part of the Product development team, and aid with supporting the team throughout the processes of developing both new and existing product throughout the business.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the documentation for the launch of new products is completed, as well as being a link between the technical department and production and commercial teams.


  • Provide information and management support to key project stakeholders.
  • Audit Product documentation and report against relevant standards for compliance highlight nonconformities.
  • Update Product User Manuals.
  • Update Product documentation in line with regulatory updates, regional updates & General improvements.
  • Create all Meeting Minutes and issue.
  • Existing Product change (ECR) administrative work and communications.
  • Manage & Improve New Product Launch release documentation and communications
  • Issue Purchasing request from Technical Team and 'book in' on delivery manage the bought in component stock across the department.
  • Collate information & update areas of PIMs database.
  • General office support, additional point of contact for QA, Regulatory & commercial requests.

Role requirements:


  • Microsoft Office skills and experience specifically Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • Administration experience
  • Ability to create effective relationships with the project team, supply chain partners and customers under time pressure to help support the delivery of business and project goals
  • Results driven and can work equally as well in a team or on their own
  • Impeccable attention for detail and forwardthinking.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Proactive, with good problemsolving skills, able to make decisions independently.
  • Exceptional customer service both internally & externally.
  • Team player but able to work independently.
  • Flexible approach to work and working hours.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
