We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our innovative and growing HSS Training business on permanent part time basis. Working within the Administration team you will provide support and ensure training course bookings are booked correctly on our systems. This role is 22.5 hours per week, and we can be open and flexible on how you would like to work those hours over the course of Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for delivering a great level of service for the HSS Training department. This is a fantastic entry level opportunity into an office environment. As Administrator you will work in a hybrid way from our Manchester office.

What will you do?

  • You will review paperwork orders
  • You will generate shipping labels
  • You will assist with incoming and outgoing post
  • You will monitor and record stock levels for courses
  • You will communicate relevant information to key stakeholders and training course instructors

What do you bring? a

  • You will be a team player with experience in an administrative or customer service environment prior
  • You will have great organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • You will be used to software such as Microsoft Excel and Teams
