If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.

At Sunrise Facilities Management, we are committed to providing a high-quality property and estates management services to our customers.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring effective communication and coordination within the company.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including supporting our help desk to manage contractors and general support tasks
  • Support of our accounts team in the processing of invoices and payments
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondences, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, both physical and electronic.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense reimbursements.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and redirecting as necessary.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Support HR activities, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as assigned by management.

Requirements:


  • GCSE passes in English and Maths
  • Excellent IT skills in microsoft office word, excel (must be proficient) and outlook essential
  • Understanding of electronic file management microsoft explorer, cloud file management and microsoft
  • Additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a bonus
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional demeanour and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
