Description

Vagabond are are recruiting customer focused Hosts to join their team at Heathrow Airport. A Vagabond Host "that person", they know things, all things, in fact what they don't know isn't worth knowing.

The Host is the face of Vagabond in Terminal 5 and they are the ones who welcome the guests and steer them to the perfect table, all while educating them about the brand and finding out what the guest is looking for from their visit.

Key responsibilities include;

Welcome and seat guests
Provide waiting times
Creating an appropriate atmosphere
Providing a point of contact for guests
Providing personalised service and assistance
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
Assisting with the opening and closing of the restaurant
Ensuring wine machines are stocked and clean
Educating guests on who Vagabond is and what their about

Heathrow Airport is a high energy, high standards venue that will require dedication and self discipline to be a successful part of a large high functioning team.
