MAIN PURPOSE(S) OF POST As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services s
-
Working with 16-25 year olds, that are NEET, or at risk of NEET:


  • Work with local schools, and alternative provisions (PRU'S),:

Case hold clients,:

Work with the serious youth violence committee,:


  • Ability to organise and coordinate a program to completion:
-
All evidence of delivery outcomes and project delivery is properly documented on our inhouse management system, Airtable:


  • Carrying out community relations and outreach duties, including, meeting the target group, local residents, community groups, other youth provisions and responding to their enquiries, and sharing project updates.


The post holder will support the Head of Programmes with formulating a strategy for developing this work across localities, in line with Future Men's vision, mission, values and business plan.

A key element will be to support new developments, identify best practices in conflict management work and embed these in current services.
