A leading multi-product retailer, with a store portfolio of over 100 stores across the UK, is looking to recruit a HR business partner to join its established HR team.

The organisation has a global footprint of over 250 stores across the APAC region.

Instantlyrecognisable for its branding and use of colour and innovative design, the company has become much loved by its loyal customer base in the UK and is performing well in the current financial year.


The role of HR business partner reports into the head of HR and oversees employee relations and managing business initiatives and projects.

You will own all ER including, but not limited to investigation, disciplinary, grievance and flexible working requests.
You will also manage an HR advisor who you will be responsible for leading and developing.

As part of the project side of the role, you'll be responsible for the design, delivery and execution of various projects that drive the people agenda for the UK.

Thisyear there have been projects delivered in reward and recognition to drive colleague engagement, a UK wide salary and pay review and delivering new mental health and well-being policies.

This gives a flavour of the type of projects you will take ownershipfor.


The successful applicant will come from a generalist HR background, ideally in retail or hospitality and will be able to demonstrate how they have effected change and delivered projects in their previous roles.

They are looking for someone who can thinkoutside the box and come up with new and creative ideas that will drive the people agenda.

You will have a real degree of autonomy in your role where the head of HR will give you the space and ownership to deliver what is required to move the business forward.


In return they are offering a basic salary of up to £43,000 and the opportunity to be a market leader in its field.
