X6 DBS Customer Service Operators

Hospital HP21 Area**DBS administrators/customer service operators are needed to help operate a busy hospital switchboard in the HP21 area. Full training will be provided, general office/phone experience is a bonus. You must be confident enough to talk on the phone to people all day. General duties include answering incoming calls (from both external and internal callers), transferring calls and dealing with general queries

This is long term work, with permanent roles available after 13 to 15 weeks if all goes well

The hospital shift pattern is on a rolling rota basis of: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 8pm and 8pm to 7am

There are weekday and weekend shifts and day and night shifts

This is an immediate start role

Day time weekday pay rate:
£11.92 per hour

Nightshift weekday pay rate:
£12.85 per hour

Weekend day pay rate:
£13.78 per hour

Weekend night pay rate:
£14.71 per hour
