We are looking for an experienced Wedding & Event Coordinator to join a hotel based in Iffley Village, Oxford.
As Wedding & Event Coordinator you will need to work well under pressure with an accurate and consistent approach to customer service.
- Ensure all sales enquires are dealt with in a proactive manner.
- Ensure that the weddings, meeting and events database and chase system is updated.
- Grow and develop existing customers through regular contact.
- Being dedicated to bring events to life and turning dreams into reality.
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through up-selling.
Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

In person

Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House is 4* hotel located at the quite village called Iffley in Oxford. The hotel has Breakfast area, bar, lounge and the restaurant.
