In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day through put of project documents between all stakeholders on the project.
MAIN TASKS & DUTIES
- Maintain revisions and status on Drawing Schedule
- Monitor submission dates and report compliance
- Maintain up to date master office copies and drawing logs
- Print and organise hard copies as required
- Liaise with site teams, client, designers etc
- Maintain standard documents
- General Office administration duties
- To ensure the daily, weekly, and monthly deadliness are processed and met.
- To attend site meetings & prepare minutes, distribute them and follow up on action points
- Maintaining excel worksheets e.g., RFI Schedule
- All other duties as reasonably required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Experience working in a similar role
- Extensive administration experience
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Microsoft Office
- Document Management System
