Main Responsibilities:


  • Providing day to day support for all system users.
  • Monitor and maintain People systems security permissions in order to comply with data protection, IT security and Internal/External Audit requirements.
  • Identify scenarios, coordinate, plan and implement User Acceptance Testing on People systems upgrades/changes, identify problems and work with the System Providers and Technology teams for resolution.
  • Working closely with Business Unit people teams to understand business needs and identify and develop system requirements & process efficiencies to deliver improved process flows and to manage system changes and to assist in the logical design of changesto the systems ensuring that changes bring improved efficiencies and ease of use for user group.
  • Undertaking regular user refresher training and training for all new People Team users.
  • Carry out regular data cleansing on People systems by running data audits to ensure accuracy of management information.
  • Providing regular reporting to key stakeholders in the business.
  • To facilitate regular audits of stored data to ensure its accuracy and compliance.
  • To identify trends in data issues and provide the appropriate training.
